When Olivia joined our team, she was balancing her dream of becoming a professional actor with a part-time role at Ralph Lauren. She was looking for an opportunity that would allow her to earn more while giving her the flexibility to attend auditions at a moment's notice, something retail simply couldn't offer.

What began as a way to create financial flexibility quickly turned into something much bigger. Within just nine months, Olivia had become one of our top-performing sales professionals, consistently delivering outstanding results and setting the standard for others.

Her success naturally led to leadership opportunities, where she began coaching and mentoring a growing team. Today, at just 25 years old, Olivia leads our Preston office, inspiring others to achieve their own goals while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
